Just got off the phone with Scarlet and I was asking if they could use their Carfax connections to run the VIN on a vehicle that I am buying at a distance from a private party. I offered to pay in advance and Scarlet told me that there was no need and that because there are so many scammers out there she just wanted to help. Hugo and his family are the best! They made us feel like part of the family. Right after we bought the car it started making noises. I called up Hugo and he had us bring it in to take a look at it. He could have said no you bought the car as is, but he didn't. We will be buying our next used car from him. Great customer service, great prices, and an exceptional family!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Having challenged credit is hard enough, but I never knew how hard it was to get financing being a Uber Driver. In the last few days, I was turned down instantly just because of my job title. After being turned down over 5 times within two days, I'll admit that I was discouraged and disappointed. I was told to trust the process, and everything will work out. It definitely did!!! Yesterday Hugo's gave me back the hope that I had lost. They provided me the opportunity to get a car when no one else would. I was approved for a 2013 Chevy Malibu.

Took my f250 king Ranch 6.0 to get my EGR fixed and they did a good job! They have good communication, very detailed explanation on what the problem is.
